APPOINTMENT POLICIES
 

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CURLY APPOINTMENT: 

Because the Deva and Rezo Services require Dry Cutting methods, we ask that Curly Girls arrive with your hair Down, Dry and  in it's natural state with a moderate amount of product. DO NOT BRUSH OUT YOUR CURLS OR ARRIVE WITH YOUR CURLS STRETCHED OUT FROM TWIST-OUTS.  If you arrive with your hair pulled back, wet or matted you will be charged an additional $25 fee and an additional half an hour will be required for your appointment. Each haircut will take a minimum of 90 minutes, please plan your other activities and appointments accordingly. We do offer Blow Out services for curly clients; however, we will not perform a Blow Outs on any First Time Curly Clients. 

CREDIT CARDS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. We will not allow an appointment to be held without one.

 

STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Clients who cancel their appointments under 24 hours will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointments the first time and 100% of their scheduled appointments for the second time and onward. This amount does not apply to future appointments and solely covers the cost of the missed appointment. Payments for missed appointments are required before booking additional appointments.

 

NO SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “No-Show”. Clients who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Clients who do not arrive for their appointments on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time you risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled as well as a Cancellation Fee of 50% of your missed appointment.
 

GUARANTEED SERVICES: 
If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge and will be considered as a Priority Appointment.  Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date may incur additional service fees.
 

GUARANTEE ON PRODUCTS: 

We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products from your prior appointment only, as long as at least 2/3 of the product is remaining.
 

LARGE PARTIES:
Because we are such a small salon, please do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment. We only have enough room to accommodate scheduled clients. Children must also be accommodated by an adult who can appropriately supervise them while in the salon.
 

REFERRAL PROGRAM:  
Don’t forget! When you refer a friend both of you will receive 10% off your next appointment!
