CURLY CLIENTS: 

Because the Curly Cut requires dry cutting methods, we ask that Curly Clients arrive with your hair Down, Dry and De-tangled. If you arrive with your hair pulled back, wet or matted you will be charged an additional $25 dollar fee.  Each haircut will take a minimum of 90 minutes, please plan your other activities and appointments accordingly.

 

CREDIT CARDS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. We will not allow an appointment to be held without one.

 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

The 24-Hour Cancellation Policy is in effect for every appointment. 
 

Your appointments are essential to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and, therefore, only request 24 hours for cancellation and appointment changes.
 

Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointments in under 24 hours will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointments the first time and 100% of their scheduled appointments for the second time and onward. Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “No-Show”. Clients who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Clients who do not arrive for their appointments on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked. 
 

The cost of any missed appointments must be paid for before scheduling any additional appointments.
 

Unfortunately, Covid 19 related instances are not exempt from the terms of our cancellation policy.
 

We provide a 48 Hour Reminder Email, a 24-Hour Text Reminder, and a 24-Hour courtesy Confirmation Call to avoid unnecessary costs. We understand how easy it is to forget about an appointment booked months earlier; however, it is still your responsibility to remember your reservation's date and time.
 

Booking an appointment with us, states that you agree to our Strict Cancellation Policy.  

 

LATE ARRIVALS:
We request that clients show up no later than no later than 15 minutes late for their appointments. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment time you risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled as well as a Cancellation Fee of 50% of your missed appointment.

 

GUARANTEED SERVICES: 
If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge and will be considered as a Priority Appointment.  Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date may incur additional service fees.

 

GUARANTEED ON PRODUCTS: 

We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products from your prior appointment only if at least 2/3 of the product is remaining.
 

LARGE PARTIES:
Because we are such a small salon, please do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment. We only have enough room to accommodate scheduled clients. Children must also be accommodated by an adult who can appropriately supervise them while in the salon.
