Our journey began as a diverse salon, but in 2014, we embraced our true identity as a curly-focused salon. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to serving and empowering the curly community, promoting acceptance, and celebrating the beauty of natural curls.


With a passionate team mastering textured hair techniques, we have become leaders in the curly community. While we offer a range of styles, our primary mission is to uplift those with curly hair, providing expertise and support.

Together, the team at Anita Kurl aims to create a positive and rewarding atmosphere within our salon to inspire the knowledge, growth, skills, and creativity of our people.

HOW TO ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Because the Curly Cut requires dry cutting methods, we ask that Curly Clients arrive with your hair Down, Dry and De-tangled. Think Day One hair with a normal amount of product. If you arrive with your hair pulled back, wet or matted you will be charged an additional $25 dollar Reset fee, as well as any associated Detangling fees. Each haircut will take a minimum of 90 minutes, please plan your other activities and appointments accordingly.

CREDIT CARDS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. We will not allow an appointment to be held without one.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The 24-Hour Cancellation Policy is in effect for every appointment, including COVID 19 related situations and same day emergencies.

Your appointments are essential to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and, therefore, only request 24 hours for cancellation and appointment changes. 

Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointments in under 24 hours will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointments and clients who do not contact the salon and do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The cost of any missed appointments must be paid for before scheduling any additional appointments.

 

Booking an appointment with us states that you agree to this policy.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment time you risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled as well as a Cancellation Fee of 50% of your missed appointment.

 

ADJUSTMENTS POLICY:
If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge and will be considered as a Priority Appointment.  Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date may incur additional service fees.

 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: 

We will provide a refund on unopened products returned within 30 days. Only exchanges and store credits are applicable to opened products with no more than 1/4 used. Returns must be made within 30 days. 
 

LARGE PARTIES:
Because we are such a small salon, please do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment. We only have enough room to accommodate scheduled clients. Children must also be accommodated by an adult who can appropriately supervise them while in the salon.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM:  
Don’t forget! When you refer a friend, both of you will receive 10% off your next appointment!
